1. Working principle of immersion level meter
Static pressure measurement principle:
Based on the principle that liquid static pressure is proportional to liquid level height (
P=ρgh, the static pressure at the bottom of the liquid or at a certain depth is measured by the sensor and converted into liquid level height.
Composition structure:
Pressure sensor: core component, converts static pressure signal into electrical signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, etc.).
Probe (transmitter): directly immersed in the liquid, usually with anti-corrosion material (such as 316 stainless steel, ceramic).
